PT Jembo Cable Share Divident 30,2 Bilion.
PT Jembo Cable Company Tbk (JECC) will distribute an interim dividend to shareholders amounting Rp30,2 billion of net profit in 2016 fiscal year.
The plan has received approval from the board of commissioners on 31 August 2016, citing a disclosure on the Stock Exchange, this weekend.
The allocation is meant per share will receive a dividend of Rp200 per share. Dividends will be split on September 30 to shareholders registered at the close of trading on 13 September 2016.
JECC shares at the close of trade on Friday (02/09/2016) located at Rp3,000 per share. The highest price this year to be in stock JECC Rp3,250 per share at the close of August 4, 2016. While the lowest prices JECC shares occurred in December 2015 at a price of Rp1.350 per share.
The shareholders JECC are in the top 5 percent among others PT Persada Monaspermata by 53 percent, PT Indolife Pensiontama by 18 percent, 14 percent Fujikura Ltd., Fujikura Asia Limited by 6 percent and 10 percent of society.
Currently, the main activities JECC is to produce and trade all kinds of wire, all kinds of cables covering electric wires low and medium voltage, cables air transmission, telecommunication cables with copper conductors and fiber optics, instrument cables, control cables, data cables, cable fireproof and flame retardant.
